
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19!
Since we run this shop ourselves and since we can't spare the effort to investigate what rules apply for every country in the world when it comes to Covid-19, we're going to take the easy route here and put all that responsibility on you ;-) SO! Basically, if you place an order - we will ship it. If it get's stuck for whatever reason related to Covid 19 we hereby absolve ourselves from that responsibility.
By placing an order in the sterbhaus.com (https://sterbhaus.onlineweb.shop/) website the customer agrees to the special terms listed below. These are simplified terms for easy understanding and for clarification regarding responsibilities concerning orders, moneys and shipping
Generally
The webshop of www.sterbhaus.com (https://sterbhaus.onlineweb.shop/) is currently run by Marcus Hammarström & Killhead P&M. All orders/items are handled, packed and shipped by Marcus Hammarström. Please be aware of this and that the webshop is not a full time engagement.
Order Terms
All sales are final. Placing an order becomes non-cancelable once payment is received unless Killhead P&M may not fulfil order, in which case Killhead P&M will refund customer either in full (if entire order is cancelled) or partly for non deliverable items (if order will be partly delivered)
Orders are shipped/posted once a week. In some cases (due to touring engagements) orders may be delayed depending on travel arrangements. Should posting of order not be possible within a week the customer will be notified within days of placing the order.
Items are all new (Mint) condition and not pre-used. Due to previous travelling activities clothing items may have been folded differently several times and may therefore appear handled. They have never been worn.
Very important regarding shipping alternatives
The customer is responsible for choosing the correct shipping options based on where the package is to be sent. The following alternatives are available:
Killhead P&M will not reimburse orders lost in shipping. It is solely up to the customer to chose tracking options upon placing the order. If there are any questions regarding shipping options please contact orders@sterbhaus.com
Responsibilites regarding shipping
Killhead P&M will not reimburse orders damaged during shipping in any way. Damaged items will not be sent again and money will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for pursuing eventual compensation from shipping couriers. Items are always packed thoroughly – especially vinyls.

Killhead P&M guarantees all items are in perfect condition upon leaving the warehouse (each order is photographed for reference)
Payment Terms & Order notifications
All payments are handled by third parties according to options in webshop. Killhead P&M does not take responsibilities for any eventual issues with payment before it reaches Killhead P&M accounts. When an order is placed an automatic email is generated to confirm the order. The customer will receive a payment verification mail from Killhead when a payment is processed in full. If order is shipped within 1-2 days the customer will only receive the automatic Dispatch email which is only sent if payment is received and item has been delivered to courier.
